Alex Stratta officially scraps his tapas concept at Tivoli Village and converts it into Salt and Pepper. Stratta calls this new iteration a Southern comfort bar and grill with Louis Kirkland, formerly of DB Brasserie, Marche Bacchus and Stratta’s Alex at Wynn Las Vegas, heading up the kitchen with his extensive background in Southern style cooking. Happy Hour has begun at Salt ‘N Pepper Bar & Grill. Everyday from 4-6pm, enjoy specials on our comfort appetizers, wine and draught beer.
