The Holsteins burger concept comes from Las Vegas restaurateur Billy Richardson and Executive Chef Anthony Meidenbauer of Block 16 Hospitality – a locally run and operated hospitality group managing six Las Vegas restaurants and a growing portfolio in Orange County, San Diego, Portland and Hawaii.
