From the Pampas of Argentina & the Tulip fields of Holland, via the Caribbean, Florida & New England, Restauranteurs/Chefs Catherine & Jose Luis Pawelek landed in Las Vegas 3 1/2 years ago & opened their 6th restaurant. While working in Hospitality, throughout the Globe for the past 37 years, the Paweleks cultivated their love of this Industry & it is apparent in their restaurant’s smart contemporary ambiance. Their menu is what happens when you marry Tropical Floribbean, Spicy Asian, Wood Grilled South American & the Classics with a twist to create a fusion of flavors & styles with a dose of fun. The Paweleks are a unique team of chefs/owners/spouses & have been working together for more than 22 years, an accomplished feat in the restaurant industry, but it is their mix of personality, creativity & positive attitude that makes it all work. While Chef Jose Luis mans the stoves in the kitchen, Catherine is the pastry chef & works the front of the house. Together they built a Martini list that features over 405 Martinis. With names like Cha Cha Cha, Shakes-pear, Tri-Fecta, Platinum Blond & Dreamsicle you may want to join their Martini Club & try them all. The restaurant has actively pursued their local customers & offers daily specials, which bring in repeat guests. On Mondays they offer a 3 course dinner for $21. Tuesdays is their famous Osso Buco night (Lamb or Veal Osso Buco for $26-$28).
