Todd English P.U.B. is located in Crystals at City Center. The first thing I noticed about this bar is that it was outside inside but outside. The main area is right by a huge wall of windows that open to an air conditioned space that makes you feel like you are still outside, perfect for Vegas summer’s. When the weather is nice you can enjoy the actual patio with great views of city center. Decorated culinary genius Todd English owns the place so nothing needs to be said about the food.
