Hussong’s Cantina, established in Ensenada, Mexico in 1892, invented the original margarita - the perfect mixture of equal parts Tequila, Damiana, and Lime, served over ice in a salt-rimmed glass. The legacy lives on in Las Vegas at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place, located between Mandalay Bay and Luxor on the Las Vegas Strip. Whether it’s the authentic Baja cuisine, the chance to experience the unusually strong original margarita or sing along to the rock ‘n’ roll Mariachi band, Hussong’s Cantina appeals to every kind of crowd. They even offer an entire vegan menu, fusing Baja tradition with a modern, growing interest in plant-based cuisine.
